Convenient home visits
For repairs on bulky or built-in appliances, you can arrange for a professional Electrolux technician to visit your home and inspect and repair your appliance.
A clear, no-obligation process
Should your appliance require repairs, the next steps in the process will be clearly explained and discussed with you, including any additional charges or fees that will be incurred. There is no obligation to proceed with repairs, it's completely your choice.

No extra labour costs
If the Electrolux technician advises that your appliance needs repairs, there will be no additional charge for labour, as this cost is included in the initial amount paid.

Please note that costs associated with any replacement parts required is not included. We will advise you of these costs and they will be charged separately.
Transportation information
If your appliance is unable to be repaired in your home, it will be transported to one of our dedicated Electrolux Service Centres. Please note that the transportation costs, to and from the Service Centre, are not included. We will advise you of these costs and they will be charged separately.
